TIX Solder

TIX Solder is an exceptionally strong, low-temperature soft solder designed for precision soldering and repair work. With a melting point of only 135°C (275°F), it allows soldering at significantly lower temperatures than many conventional solders.

TIX Solder provides a bond strength of up to 4,300 PSI and can be used on a variety of metals. It can be applied with a soldering iron, soldering gun, torch or other suitable soldering equipment.

The low working temperature makes TIX Solder particularly useful for jewelry repair, watchmaking, model making and other precision metalwork, especially when excessive heating of surrounding components should be avoided.

TIX Solder produces a light-colored joint and is suitable for applications where a neat and discreet solder joint is required.
