METAL GRINDING AND POLISHING

Before use:

Put all the balls, pins, satellites, etc. into the drum (approx. 600 - 1000 g). Add water until the balls, etc. are properly covered by water. Add a tablespoon of polish METALLUX. Close the drum according to the instructions. Use the drum (excluding jewelry) 4 to 5 hours of the shot storage fat removal and polish shots. If the shot does not shine yet, repeat the treatment. When the shot of shiny, rinse them and rinse carefully under running water.

Now you can start polishing jewelery:

Add jewelry to drum with shot. Mixed ration (1:4 ), or max. 1 kg of shot, and 250 g of jewelry. Add water until the shot and jewelery are covered. Add polish (METALLUX) 20 to 30 g / l of water (ie about tea / tablespoon). Close the drum according to the instructions. Use approx. 2 hours. Check the result, if you are not satisfied, continue drumming until the result is satisfactory. Pour the contents of the drum in a dish (washbasin, etc.) Or sparsely sieve, when the shot and the water flows into the cup and jewelry remain on the sieve. Collect jewelry from the screen or from the container, rinse well and dry.

Put all shot and dirty water back into the drum until next use. Remember to keep the shot in dirty water where there is polish, which preserves and protects the pellets. Wash the beads before use if you have a need.
